Today you will be hosted on 27 acres of charming farm, which produces premium quality olives, grapes, herbs and vegetables. Spend time in the kitchen with the chef, cooking in a wood fire oven, then try your hand at curing olives grown on the farm, create handmade sausages in natural skins using fresh herbs and spices from the garden, make mouth watering gnocchi, or roast and make great coffee. Later in a day you will sumple some of the finest food and wine the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
After lunch you will be taken to test cool climate wines from the barrel, freshly made goats cheese from a local dairy or succulent strawberries and cherries from the fruit farms in the area.
