New Year in Australia

From the depths of a northern winter to Australia's tropical summer to see in the New Year.

Way to Australia and Beyond offers you an exciting summer holiday in sunny Australia, in the middle of winter back home. For a few weeks, feel like a migratory bird crossing vast distances over the equator to trade a harsh, snowy winter for a tropical paradise.

From the moment you land on this ancient continent, everything will be the opposite of what you're used to:

  • Swap your warm clothes for light clothing in bright, vivid colours; trade your winter skis for water skis or a surfboard
  • Ride down towering sand dunes instead of snowy mountains
  • Glide not over ice, but along zip-lines through the treetops of the jungle
  • Sample a variety of tropical fruits and delicacies; sip chilled dry wines and fragrant myrtle liqueurs

And that's just the beginning of your exotic summer holiday!

Way to Australia and Beyond has put together an exciting 12-day New Year itinerary through Australia's regions with a private guide, where you can swim in the ocean every single day.

At every stop you're guaranteed encounters with exotic wildlife, walks through rainforest and along snow-white sandy beaches, and visits to unique World Heritage-listed national parks.

By the end of your journey through Australia, you'll understand what an Australian-style holiday really means.
